• Each season contains a limited number of spots. Once a season is filled, the wall is archived and a new season begins.
• ApexWall operates as a public advertising display and does not provide user accounts or dashboards.

2. Spot Purchases

• All spots are purchased through a one-time payment.
• Once a spot is purchased and published:
  • The spot becomes permanently visible on the wall for that season.
  • The content cannot be edited or modified.
  • The position cannot be changed.
  • The purchase is final and non-refundable.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information before completing the purchase.

3. Spot Content

Users may submit the following information when purchasing a spot:

• Project name or title
• Logo or avatar image
• Website URL
• Short slogan or description

By submitting content, the user confirms that:

• They own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• The content is not illegal, malicious, or misleading.

ApexWall reserves the right to refuse or remove content that violates these rules.

4. Website Links

Each spot may include an external website link. ApexWall does not control or verify the content of external websites and is not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Financial losses
• Security risks
• External services or products

Users visit external links at their own risk.

5. Boost Feature

• ApexWall may offer optional visibility upgrades ("Boosts").
• Boosts increase the visual prominence of a spot for a limited period but do not guarantee:
  • Traffic
  • Clicks
  • Sales
  • Ranking position
• Boost purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Rankings and Statistics

ApexWall may display public rankings such as:

• Most visited spots
• Top promoters
• Season leaders

Statistics are based on internal tracking systems. ApexWall reserves the right to filter or remove fraudulent or suspicious activity, including but not limited to:

• Artificial traffic
• Bot activity
• Manipulated referrals

Ranking positions may be adjusted if abuse is detected.

7. Referral Links

• Some spots may generate referral links that direct visitors to the ApexWall wall.
• Referral statistics may be used to determine promoter rankings during a season.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or artificial traffic may be excluded from rankings.

8. Rewards and Prizes

ApexWall may distribute rewards at the end of each season based on rankings. Rewards may include:

• Cryptocurrency prizes
• Boosts
• Free spots for future seasons
• Badges or recognition

All rewards are distributed at the discretion of ApexWall. ApexWall reserves the right to modify reward structures or disqualify participants who violate these terms.

ApexWall is an advertising platform. Nothing on this website constitutes:

• Endorsement of any project
